My professional journey didn’t start in real estate — it began in the classroom. I spent ten years as a middle school teacher, helping students navigate change, stress, and uncertainty. Those experiences taught me how to listen without judgment, explain complex things in simple ways, and guide people through tough moments with patience and respect.

Those same values guide how I work with homeowners today.

I started Stillwater Properties because I saw a gap in the way home sales were being handled — especially for folks going through difficult situations like foreclosure, probate, divorce, or just needing to sell fast without all the hassle. I wanted to create a company that gave people real solutions, not pressure tactics. A company that treated sellers like people, not just properties.
